Everything that comes from our kitchen is fresh. Our food is made from fresh ingredients, real butter, natural cane sugars, Guittard chocolates. The meat and cheeses used on our sandwiches and salads, are from Premium Boars Head brand. We make everything we serve from scratch including our soups, sandwich spreads, macaroni salad, potato salad,and our very popular "Tracy's Chicken Salad".
Even our Hot Fudge, Caramel Sauce, Hot Chocolate and Lemonade is made in our kitchen. We pay attention to all the small details like using real leaf lettuce and vine ripened tomatoes on our sandwiches and salads. We also make our own salad dressings and use genuine Florida key lime juice for our pies and cookies.
